A child with the dream of becoming a butcher
The passion for butchery has deep roots in our family.
When Claudio was only 6 years old, he used to spend his free time with his grandfather Benedetto and his uncle Antonuccio who taught him the fundamentals of meat cutting and
the passion for this ancient craft.
Claudio carried out his apprenticeship at his uncle's butcher shop up to the call for
the mandatory military service.
Returning to San Marzano in 1984 Claudio opened up his own butcher shop at Corso Umberto I.
At that moment the dream he had since childhood, that of becoming a butcher, came true.
After 37 years, Claudio is still with the same professionalism and love for his work, ready to offer the customer an experience of the
finest regional butchery.
A matter of elegance
One of the strengths of our butcher shop is undoubtedly the impeccable sanitation of the environments. This is only possible with the valuable contributions of all members of our team, a group of professionals that participate on the creation of all the products that our customers love.
Tonia is certainly the point of reference for everyone; tireless and constantly looking for excellence; she is the author of the Primitivo glaze recipe and she jealously guards its secret.
